Programme: In solidarity with all Russian and Chechen democratic forces fighting against war in Chechnya, for peace and justice, to break the silence and misinformation of the conflict, against exactions and the impunity of war criminals, to help the victims in Chechnya and the refugees abroad, the Chechnya Committee of Paris, in partnership with other groups, has organised a gathering in remembrance of the deportation of Chechens ordered by Stalin on 23 Feb 1994
